What are the delivery times and shipping costs?

All orders are shipped via our international logistics partners.

  • Standard shipping: 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination.
  • Shipping costs are free !
Can I exchange an item or order multiple sizes to try?

⚠️ We do not accept exchanges. To change size or model, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order.

🚫 Purchasing multiple sizes of the same item to try is not allowed, and any return of this type will be refused.

What is your return and refund policy?

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions: item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defective product.

After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow your package in real time.
